AbstractWe have developed a useful and experimentally easy way using organic molecule AQ (9,10-anthraquinone) powders under controlled conditions in the presence of a catalyst to directly fabricate AQ nanotube junctions, nanotubes, and nanorods. The approach should have an outstanding potential in providing customized nanotubes and nantube junctions for a broad range of applications in nanoscience.
