AbstractOptical limiting performance of novel silver nanoparticle containing C-60 derivative is investigated under 532 nm laser pulse with 8 ns pulse width. Experimental results demonstrate that the nanoparticle performs with better optical limiting behavior than C-60. An explanation based on nonlinear absorption and scattering is provided.
