AbstractDNA is a kind of important biomolecules controlling the heredity of life, but recently it is also considered important in information and materials science. As an important component of molecular device, the studies on DNA-based molecular device are attractive for many scientists. In this paper, the development, feasibility, advantages and disadvantages of DNA-based molecular device are reviewed.
