AbstractThe fluorescence properties of two nitrogen-containing poly-(phenylene vinylene)-related copolymers were investigated under high pressure. Because of the large difference in interchain interaction between these two copolymers, the emission states are different from each other. Under the perturbation introduced by compression, the emission intensity exhibits different trends of change.
