AbstractWe report on the light emission from exciplex in a bilayer OLED with Z12 as hole transporting material and BBOT as electron transporting material. PL, EL and the fluorescence lifetime measurements imply that the exciplex was formed by the interaction between the excitons and the ground state molecules at the interface of Z12 and BBOT layers.
