AbstractThe electrochemical properties of a new derivative of C-60 were investigated by cyclic voltammetry. It was found that the derivative was reduced at a more positive potential than C-60, reflecting its significance to accept electron easily. Its NIR characteristic absorption bands of monoanion and dianion were also obtained.
