AbstractThe thermodynamic parameters of main phase transition of 1,2-di-n-heptadecanoyl phosphatidylcholine have been determined by differential cramming calorimetry. According to the data obtained and the reliable data in literature, the homologous linear rules of the thermodynamic parameters of main phase transitions have been obtained by linear regression analysis. The linear regression equations of the thermodynamic parameters obtained can fit the experimental data better than the equations from Small(1986) and Marsh(1991).
