AbstractA high-performance organic photovoltaic cellwith C(70) as the sole absorber, mixed with 1,1-bis-(4-bis(4-methyl-phenyl)-amino-phenyl)-cyclohexane (TAPC), is fabricated and demonstrates a power conersion efficiency of 5.2%. With fullerene as the acceptor, high open-circuit voltages are achieved using a donor-acceptor bulk heterojunction with a low concentration of donor in conjunction with MoO(x) as a Schottky barrier contact.
