AbstractA facile method to fabricate nano-architecture organosilane surfaces with tunable geometry is presented. By changing the water content of the reaction system, surface geometries with controlled shape, size and quantity are obtained. The corresponding wettability variation can vary from hydrophobic to superhydrophobic with the surface topography evolution.
