AbstractTwo bridged triphenylamine-triphenylsilane (BTPASi) hybrids have been designed as host materials for phosphorescent OLEDs; devices with the novel host materials achieve maximum external quantum efficiencies as high as 15.4% for blue and 19.7% for green electrophosphorescence.
