AbstractEffective nonenzymatic kinetic resolution of racemic m-nitro-substituted inherently chiral aminocalix[4]arenes with Boc-L-proline as the acylating reagent is described, which provides an efficient and convenient method for the enantioselective synthesis of meta-substituted aminocalix[4]arenes.
